I have not eaten here before, and honestly I don’t think I will ever be back. You need to wait in three queues just to get seated. Needless to say it took a while and was crazy busy. Our table overhung a major path and one ode of the tables chairs were removed because they would be in the way. Well, they seated the three of us with only two chairs and went to find one. It took a while and I just stood there waiting. When they finally got a chair I quickly realized why the chairs were removed. In all seriousness I was run into while eating over 100 times during the meal. Our server was way overloaded and we went for very long periods with no contact. The food was decent, and very large portions. When the bill came I told the server that I was a pass holder and gave him my card and credit card. He said he would give us the discount. Well, he disappeared again and a long time later he quickly put the bill and my cards back on the table and left again. There was no discount applied. We waited a while to ask about it but he never returned anywhere near our table. We ended up just needing to leave. It was an incredibly disappointing experience and all of us agreed we will not go back. I have loved all of my other experiences at Laundry’s restaurants, but this was the exception. I would suggest Rainforest Cafe or Saltgrass if you are near Disney.
