Concert was a 10, fair was not. Midway stuff was dead, rides were off, and food places were not doing well so they were not very responsive. No credit cards for admission, cash only… and they did bring portable atms to get cash with very high fees. Anyway, would not recommend the fair unless burn the jukebox is there playing
